Return Policy
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately will not be able to offer an exchange.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- You must keep the original packaging .

Refunds (if applicable)
At Digital Shop, we do not issue refunds in cash or to credit or debit cards. However, if your return is approved, the corresponding amount will be applied as store credit , which you can use to purchase another item from our catalog.
Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your store credit has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, a code or credit will be generated for you to use on your next purchase.
Important note:
- Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. If not used within this period, the credit will expire and cannot be claimed.
- Shipping costs for returned products will not be refundable or applicable as credit.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are eligible for exchange. Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Important conditions:
- The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the returned item results in a store credit, the cost of return shipping will not be included in the store credit.
Recommendations:
- If the item is valued at more than Q500 , we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance to ensure the safety of your package.
- The delivery time of the exchanged item will depend on your location and the courier service used.
Refund Policy for Import Purchases
At Digital Shop , we do not issue refunds in cash or to credit or debit cards for import purchases. If you no longer wish to wait or the process exceeds the estimated delivery dates, we offer the option of applying the amount paid as a store credit .
Conditions:
- Store credit can be used to purchase any item available in our catalog.
- The generated credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Import times are managed by external suppliers, so we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Important note:
- If the item is already in the process of being imported or has arrived in the country, the credit will be applied once the product is sold.
- In case of failure to complete payment for the imported product, a 25% penalty will be applied for administrative and import costs.
